What My Eyes Eat Today:
“Thosai”

I went out to review thosai at this particular Indian stall in Jalan Ipoh. Thosai or dosa or தோசை in Tamil language, is a fermented crepe made from rice and black lentils. It’s a typical dish in South Indian cuisine that usually eaten for breakfast or dinner.

Back here in Malaysia, thosai is always easy to find. People can just hop into any mamak or Indian stall and ask for one, together with its various side curry or chutney which known as pastry sauce for most of Indian cuisine.
