“Soto Johor”
Unlike the other state in Malaysia, Johor has its own special dishes called Soto Johor, or known as well as Soto Jawa. It has major influence from Indonesian-style soto because it was brought here earlier by Javanese migrants. Soto Johor is nice to be eaten with Sambal Hitam - which is made from belimbing buluh hitam, a favorite sambal from Pahang state.
