I was at local market this morning with my resident chef to do some research on local fish. FriedChillies is having support local fish campaign this week. Apparently there are lots of local fish in the market nowadays that people aren’t really familiar with. In Malaysia itself, local fishes are actually have the same quality with those imported fish, hence it’s reasonable for people here to consume it within reasonable budget.
